"Diversity in Composites" - the theme itself covers diverse meanings which apply to composites.
There is a tremendous diversity in composite applications, and the range is still increasing. From planes and trains to bridges and buildings, composites play an increasingly important role as a material of the future. In addition, composites fabricators and manufacturers can apply their processes and skills to a diversity of products, allowing them to diversify; when one market is down, another will be on the rise.
This year a reviewed stream of academic and research papers has been added to our Programme, which will also feature the popular Engineers Thursday and Fabricators Friday presentations.
Early Bird Registration is now open - ENDS 17 FEBRUARY. Complete the form here to secure your place now.
Partnership
We are proud that the CRC-ACS is again partnering with Composites Australia for this event. Together, we have developed the Conference to advance the industry by promoting and encouraging greater uptake of the latest in fibre composites technology.
Welcome Drinks - sponsored by Magnum Venus Plastech
Welcome Drinks will be held on Wednesday evening 14th March for all early arrivals. There is no cost, but please let us know if you will attend, for catering purposes.

The 2011 Conference & Trade Show :
Australia’s composites conference showcased the full composites & fibreglass value chain and attracts attendees from all key industries - including automotive and transport, aerospace, building & construction, civil infrastructure, corrosion, energy, marine, mining, and recreation.
Held over two days at the wonderful Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove resort, this event offered a great opportunity to do business, make new contacts and learn the latest in the industry. The now-famous Conference Dinner was the perfect chance to meet & greet your industry colleagues, chat over a drink, talk business over a relaxed buffet dinner.
